Welcome to Storytelling Duo! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and services. By booking with us or browsing our site, you agree to the following terms.
Booking & Payments
A signed contract and retainer fee are required to secure your date.
Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable if rescheduling is necessary.
The remaining balance is due as outlined in your contract.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
In cases of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events (on either side), we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
Coverage & Creative Rights
We will make every effort to capture the important moments of your day, but we cannot guarantee specific shots or poses.
As artists, we retain the creative freedom to select and edit images in a style consistent with our portfolio.
All images remain the copyright of Storytelling Duo but may be shared with you for personal use (printing, sharing with friends/family, social media with credit).
Client Responsibilities
Please communicate timelines, special requests, and key details in advance so we can best serve you.
Ensure necessary permissions are granted for venues or locations.
Be on time for sessions—extra coverage may result in additional fees.
Image Delivery
Wedding galleries are delivered within 6 weeks, and couples sessions within 2–3 weeks.
All final images are delivered via an online gallery with download and sharing options.
RAW or unedited files are not provided, as they do not reflect our finished work.
Liability
While we take the utmost care in capturing and preserving your memories, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, accidents, venue restrictions, or technical issues.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen emergencies on our end, liability is limited to rescheduling or a refund of fees paid.
Use of Images
By working with us, you grant permission for Storytelling Duo to use selected images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We respect your privacy—if you prefer your images not be shared publicly, just let us know.
