Who would be photographing and filming our wedding?
Your photographer is assigned at least 6 months before your wedding day, so you'll know exactly who's coming well ahead of time. We always encourage booking an engagement session with us too, since most of the time we're able to book the same photographer for your engagement session and your wedding.
Has our photographer or videographer worked at our venue before?
Possibly, since we work mostly in Colorado and have covered a lot of ground here. If they haven't shot your venue before, that's okay too, we love a new venue, it means a fresh, creative eye on your day, in photo and in film.
Who would be our second photographer or second videographer?
Your second shooter, whether that's a second photographer or a second videographer, is assigned closer to your wedding day. They're not usually introduced ahead of time, since they're not leading your day or your main point of contact, your lead photographer or videographer is.
Will we get to meet our photographer and videographer before the wedding day?
Yes, of course. We want you to feel comfortable walking into your wedding day. Whether you did your engagement session with your photographer or you're meeting your team for the first time, we encourage every photographer and videographer to hop on a call with you beforehand to review the timeline and get to know you a little.
What happens if our photographer or videographer gets sick or becomes unavailable?
This is a question most people don't think to ask, but you're often booking us 6 months to 2 years out, and anything can happen in that time. It's actually one of the biggest advantages of booking a team instead of one person: you always have a built-in backup, on the photo side and the video side. We have trained backup photographers and videographers ready to step in if someone becomes unavailable, so your day is never at risk.
Do you travel?
Yes, for photo and video both. We're Colorado-based, but available worldwide, wherever your wedding takes you. Just let us know where you're getting married on your inquiry form and we'll send over a custom travel quote.
